Work Portfolio
Description and Sections
The work portfolio presented below is organized into five sections, focused on the projects that have been designed and implemented over the past two years in the company where I have worked.
The main objective has been to promote sustainability and improve operational efficiency, aligning each project with the United Nations 2030 Sustainable Development Goals, in particular SDG 12: Responsible Consumption and Production.
The projects respond to the growing demands of the population, offering innovative solutions in environmental management. They have been implemented in various municipalities in the Guadalajara metropolitan area, with a special focus on the management of municipal solid waste. Their development was carried out under the supervision of the operational management and the general management of the company, achieving successful execution thanks to effective coordination between the operational and administrative areas. These actions aim not only to strengthen environmental sustainability, but also to foster citizen participation and optimize local management, generating concrete and measurable impacts within the community.

Section 1: Logistics
Logistic projects include executive studies of the current situation of the municipalities. This methodology was implemented in various municipalities in the Guadalajara metropolitan area, considering existing or proposed collection routes and various sociodemographic indicators, such as inhabitants per route, route coverage areas, and serviced households. Economic indices, topographic characteristics, and other relevant factors are also taken into account.
In this section, projects are presented that integrate these variables, as well as operational initiatives aimed at optimizing the efficiency and quality of waste collection, transfer, and final disposal services.
Section 2 : Photogrammetry
Photogrammetric projects are a key tool for strategic decision-making. They provide accurate information on technical and economic feasibility, allowing for the planning of new landfills, the clearing of accumulations at transfer sites, and the definition of closure procedures.
They also generate reliable estimates in the face of contingencies, such as sinkholes, and help prevent them through thermal algorithms, vector analysis, or image processing. Finally, they strengthen daily operations through specific and continuous monitoring.

Section 3: Technical Documents
Technical documents or tenders are fundamental for the growth and consolidation of operations. Economic factors are mainly derived from operational logic, that is, from the technical proposal and service planning. This section describes the essential features of tenders, including evaluation criteria, scope of services, and quality standards.
Key elements are highlighted, such as route optimization, equipment efficiency, regulatory compliance, and transparency in the process, ensuring not only economic viability but also operational efficiency and institutional trust in the service.

Section 4: Web Maps
Transparency of information is the main feature of web maps. These tools allow companies and government institutions to share with society the results of actions carried out in a given territory.
Additionally, the web map functions as a bilateral communication tool, since citizens can interact with it, generating actions stored either permanently or temporarily. It also facilitates citizen reports and public consultations in a simple way, promoting participation and access to information.

Section 5: Satellite Tracking
Having an in-house tracking platform allows fleets and operations to be managed efficiently and reliably. As it is designed to adapt to the needs of each project, it offers flexibility in team organization, route monitoring, and the generation of useful information for decision-making.
With this technology, companies can optimize resources, improve process supervision, and obtain clear reports that facilitate planning and operational control. Its adaptable design ensures that the platform evolves alongside project requirements, offering an integral tool for modern and professional management.
